Bravo Rewards Terms

The following Terms, Privacy Policy and Website Use Terms apply to your access to and use of Bravo Rewards and the supply of goods redeemed via Bravo Rewards. By redeeming goods from Bravo Rewards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bravo Client

You may redeem for goods offered online by completing the order process on our Bravo Web Portal. To redeem or buy goods via our website, you must be a registered user of DOTWconnect and at least 18 years of age.

All information submitted into the website is assumed to be accurate, complete and not misleading.

Redemptions

To redeem from Bravo Rewards, you must register with DOTWconnect.

All redemptions are subject for acceptance by Bravo Rewards’ and cannot be cancelled.

Special Offers

Special offers shall be provided from time to time. However, Bravo Rewards has the sole discretion to terminate an offer without any notice.

All special offers acquired before the offer is terminated will still apply to all goods redeemed in accordance to the set terms and conditions.

Bravo Points

Bravo Points exclude the customs duty and other taxes. All Bravo Points values are subject to change without notice.

The full payment for your order (including the product price, applicable delivery charges and other taxes) is deducted from your Available Bravo Points on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases, this may delay your order by a short period.

Product Availability

All images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Colours, size, etc. may vary depending on the actual product and availability.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product Bravo Points are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offers related to this will be considered null and void.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Delivery/Shipping

Shipment of products are available worldwide. Shipping cost is determined by destination, weight and shipping method (varied from time to time and subject to a surcharge for large orders).

The shipping charges that will be applied to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any redemption.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of redeeming.

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 7-15 business days of the redemption date. Most orders should arrive within 20 to 25 business days after dispatch depending on the destination.

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing bravo@dotw.com. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are identified.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are responsible for any loss or damage after delivery. If you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 7.00 AM and 6:00 PM to receive the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. Please understand that shipping maybe delayed depending on the customs clearance procedure for your country. In addition to the shipping and handling fees charged with your order, import taxes and other fees (suchs as custom clearance fees) may be imposed. All taxes and fees incurred after shipment are the customer's responsibility. Custom rules and regulations differ per region. Please contact your local customs office directly for more information.

Damage

Damaged/ Defective items post acceptance of delivery will not be the responsibility of Bravo Rewards. You should check and confirm acceptance of all items pre signing acceptance of delivery. If at the time of delivery, you find any defects then you should refuse to sign and return to the courier. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the Courier Company and we will lodge a complaint for damage on your behalf. Bravo Rewards will not be held responsible for the damage.

Product Warranties

To the extent legally permitted, we exclude all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods supplied by us, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Any liability we may have to you under Warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at our option.

Packing Problems

Please check your items against your receipt. If there are any discrepancies please email bravo@dotw.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds

We do not offer refund or exchanges for any redeemed items.

Excusing events

You acknowledge and agree that we are excused from performing our supply and other obligations and will not be responsible for any delays where and so long as we are prevented from performing our obligations under these Terms by events or causes beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to notify you of any delay and its expected duration. If we are prevented from performing our obligations for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel your order and issue you a credit in the point value paid for the order without further liability to you.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to this website, your use of this web site and the information, products supplied or advertised or accessed through this website; and liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage), costs and expenses suffered by you or claims made against you arising from or in connection with any use of the information, products supplied through this website for any reason whatsoever (including negligence). In the event that terms, conditions or warranties are implied by law and cannot be excluded, then those terms conditions or warranties are included however our liability is limited at our option to one or more of the following.

•  To help you quickly redeem, services or information.
•  To help us create content most relevant to you.
•  To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from Bravo Rewards.

CONSENT

If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use the informational part of Bravo Rewards Web Portal.

If you decide to register, you will be able to enrolled to the Program and the kinds of information you want to receive from us by subscribing to various services, like our electronic newsletters. If you do not want us to communicate with you about other offers regarding Bravo Rewards products, programs, events, or services by email, postal mail, or telephone, you may select the option stating that you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Bravo Rewards.

Bravo Rewards occasionally allows other companies to offer our registered customers information about their products and services, using postal email only. If you do not want to receive these offers, you may select the option stating that you do not wish to receive marketing materials from third parties.

ACCESS

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time at the User Settings Dashboard. There, you can:

•  View and edit personal information you have already given us.
•  Tell us whether you want us to send you marketing information, or whether you want third parties to send you their offers by postal mail.
•  Sign up for electronic newsletters about our services and products.

SECURITY

Bravo Rewards has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We guarantee your e-commerce transactions to be 100% safe and secure. When you place orders or access your personal account information, you're utilizing secure server software SSL, which encrypts your personal information before it's sent over the Internet. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available.

Bravo Rewards strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in UAE or any other country where Bravo Rewards, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.

ENFORCEMENT

If for some reason you believe Bravo Rewards has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email at bravo@dotw.com, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words Privacy Policy are in the Subject line.

CUSTOMER PROFILES

As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.

When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours. It is your passport to seamless travel across Bravo Rewards Web Portal. Even if you switch computers, you won't have to re-register – just use your Registration ID to identify yourself.

What we do with the information you share

When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including Bravo Rewards and email address. We use this information to send you updates about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting services that we offer.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Bravo Rewards will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

(a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Bravo Rewards or the site;
(b) protect and defend the rights or property of Bravo Rewards and its family of Websites, and,
(c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Bravo Rewards, its Websites, or the public.

REDEMPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to Bravo Rewards Program. This allows a participant to earn points through bookings made on DOTWconnect.

By participating in the Bravo Rewards Program you would have deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

a) “Bravo Rewards” is operated by TCIG for and on behalf of Destinations of the World.
b) “Bravo Points” means points earned and accumulated under the Bravo Rewards Program.
c) “You”, Your, or “Agent” means DOTWconnect users who have successfully enrolled to participate in the Bravo Rewards Program;
d) “We”, “Us” or “Our” means Bravo Rewards Program.

2. Bravo Points

a) The accrual of Reward Points will be on the basis of your bookings from DOTWconnect, Bravo Points shall begin to accumulate upon registration to the Program.
b) Bravo Points of one agent cannot be combined with those of other agents.
c) Bravo Points may not be redeemed for Cash benefit.
d) Bravo Points have a set expiry date and will need to be redeemed in line with the expiry dates as defined in the Portal.

3. Redemption

a) Bravo Rewards makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding any merchandise or other rewards or services obtained by redemption.
b) Without limitation Bravo Rewards is not liable to you for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense arising from your participation in the Bravo Rewards Program, regardless of whether this arose from negligence, and regardless of whether Bravo Rewards has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
c) Bravo Rewards reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to set any quota for, or replace or to withdraw any featured Reward at any time and to substitute any Reward requested for redemption by an Agent for a different Reward of comparable Rewards Point value to the particular Reward requested by the Agent.
d) The Agents of all Bravo Points and/or benefits will be required to identify themselves through the presentation of such documentation as shall be considered suitable for verification by Bravo Rewards including but not limited to any of the following forms of identification: national Identification Card, Driver’s Permit or Passport.
e) By redeeming Bravo Points you release Bravo Rewards from any and all liability regarding the redemption of the Bravo Points.
f) Bravo Rewards is not responsible or liable for any redemption of your Bravo Points balance where the redemption was not authorised by you.

4. Expiration of Reward Points

a) Points Expiry – Rolling:
Bravo Points earned are valid for 18 months — thereafter your Bravo Points will expire and be forfeited.

b) Bravo Rewards will not be obligated to offer an extension on expired points nor offer any cash refunds or other exchanges or compensation whatsoever for expired Bravo Points.

Step 2:  To ensure you earn your Bravo Points, enter your “Unique Redemption Pin” under Bravo Points Promotion section at the Guest Details input form.

Step 3:  With each successful input you will earn Bravo Rewards which can be used to redeem from the Bravo Rewards Portal.

Note that ONLY online bookings made through Customer Interface (and not offline via Myadmin) are subject to BRAVO program.

Coupon Code is an additional credit or discount that we give to our members as a gift which they can use to redeem the products from the Bravo Rewards Program.

How do I get a coupon code?

The Promo codes will be given by Bravo Rewards during special promotions.

How do I use my Coupon Codes?

Simply login to your Bravo Rewards Program account and enter the coupon code upon checkout.

Coupon can only be used during checkout.

1. At Checkout Page, you will find a Coupon code box under Delivery Type (on the centre of the page)
2. To use your coupon, enter it in the promo code box and click "Apply"

Kindly make sure to check if the voucher has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order.

Please also note that coupon sometimes have a minimum spend associated to it, and as such, might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your shopping cart.

How long is my coupon valid?

It varies. The expiration date is always displayed on your coupon.

Generally, coupon and promo codes are valid for 1 year or less. The validity starts from the day you are notified that you have received a voucher.

If you receive a coupon code via email, the expiry date of the coupon codes are indicated in the email.

My Coupon code is rejected, what do I do?

Kindly check if your Promo Code is still valid and if the code has been typed correctly. If an error message still pops up, kindly send an email to our Customer Support team at bravo@dotw.com.

Who do I notify if my address changes?

How do I register to the Bravo Rewards Program?

To Register to the Bravo Rewards Program:

Step 1:  Log in to your DOTWconnect account,

Step 2:  Click on the registration button under Bravo Points Promotion on the right-side to begin. This will redirect you to an online registration form.

Note that the registration link is available ONLY if customer has access to the Loyalty program, access is granted in DOTW Connect systems.


Step 3:  Fill out the simple registration form and you’ll receive an activation email. Click on it and start earning.

You are not allowed to register multiple PINs using same email address.

I forgot my Password, how do I reset?

To reset your Password:

Step 1:  Go to Bravo Rewards Program login page

Step 2:  Click on the ‘Forgot My Password’ button

Step 3:  Fill up the form and you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link to reset your password.

My Bravo Rewards Program account has been blocked, how do I unblocked my account?

If your Bravo Rewards account has been blocked, please contact the Bravo Customer Support team by sending email to bravo@dotw.com.

25.

How long is the validity of my Bravo Points before it expires?

You can use your Bravo Points to redeem products within 18 months from the date the points were moved. Any refunds operations will not change the expiry date.

26.

How do I retrieve my Unique Redemption PIN?

To retrieve your Unique Redemption PIN:

Step 1:  Login to your Bravo Rewards Program account.

Step 2:  Click on the My Profile Page on the left hand side of the screen.

Step 3:  You can retrieve your Unique Redemption PIN by clicking the account information.

I forgot to enter my Unique Redemption PIN, how do I reclaim my Bravo Points?

Step 1:  If Unique PIN number is not entered during the booking process, a secret key needs to be provided so points to be earned can be reclaimed later on the BRAVO portal.

Step 2:  You can reclaim BRAVO points by clicking the RECLAIM button from the bookings details.

Step 3:  After clicking RECLAIM points, you need to enter the previously chosen secret key and the valid PIN at this stage, otherwise you will not be able to proceed and click RECLAIM BRAVO POINTS.

The PIN needs to be registered for the user that has created the booking.

What is the validity period to reclaim my Bravo Points?

Your BRAVO points can only be reclaimed on or before the check-in otherwise, Bravo Points will no longer be valid to claim.

How do I keep track of my Bravo Points that I’ve earned?

To view and keep track of the Bravo Points you earned, you will need to login to Bravo Web Portal, go to your My Dashboard. This will give you all of the information on your earnings online when you sign in.

What are the Pending Bravo Points?

These are the points that you have accumulated but cannot be used to redeem yet. You have to complete the booking first and once done, points will be transferred to your Available Bravo Points wallet.

What is a Live Wallet?

Live Wallet is where the earned points from the fully paid bookings are held. Redemption can only be made for points that are available in live wallet.

Note that the live wallet may show negative balance.

What is a Pending Wallet?

These are the points earned held in the Pending wallet until the booking is fully paid. Once the booking is confirmed and fully paid, this will move to the Available wallet (Live wallet.).

When are my points moved from temporary to live wallet?

Points are moved to live wallet, when the booking is completely paid by the customer.

34.

What happens to my Bravo Points when the booking is cancelled?

When your booking is cancelled the points will be removed from the Pending wallet (Temporary wallet).

35.

What happens to my points when the booking is amended?

When a booking is amended, earned points in the Pending wallet (Temporary wallet) will get recalculated based on the new booking value.

36.

Are penalties incurred from booking included in point’s calculation?

Penalty amounts incurred from booking are not eligible for points, as only booking amounts are subject to earn BRAVO points.

37.

Is there a provision to adjust point live wallet (increase/decrease points)? If so by whom? And where?

Yes, there is a function in the Bravo Rewards system to handle special cases that will help DOTW Finance team to manage the Live Wallet.
Certain identified team members, of DOTW Finance team will have access to manage Live Wallet in Bravo Rewards system.

  • Team members will have access to increase and or decrease points via a screen/module to manage the points in Live Wallet, in Bravo Rewards system.
  • The special cases where the points need to be increased or decreased are out of following scenarios. This is a manual process, where in a SOP will be in place, to manage this area
    • Refunds of a booking
    • Refunds of a booking
38.

I am an XML customer, can I make booking and earn points?

Unfortunately, XML customers can make bookings but not earn Bravo Points. BRAVO program is exclusive to NON XML customers, only for Customer Interface.
